The Service Call & Diagnostic Policy

Expertise Delivered to Your Door

To maintain our standard of 3rd-generation expertise and dealership-grade tools, we have a flat-rate service structure for all mobile appointments:

  • Standard Diagnostic Fee: $80.00
    • This covers the travel to your location (Edmond, North OKC, or Guthrie) and a full professional diagnostic of your vehicle’s issue.
    • Note: If you choose to have us perform the repair, 50% of this fee is applied toward your labor total.
  • The “Nichols Hills & Guthrie” Travel Surcharge:
    • Due to the extended drive time, appointments in Nichols Hills (73116) and Guthrie (73044) may incur a one-time $25 travel convenience fee.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • We value your time and our schedule. Please provide at least 2 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations within the 2-hour window are subject to a $50 “No-Show” fee to cover the technician’s dispatched time and fuel.
