Once your booking is confirmed, our team begins preparing for your specific service. Here is what you can expect from us:

  • Confirmation Call or Text: We will reach out to verify your vehicle details and the specific service address.
  • Parts Procurement: Specifically for European or performance builds, we ensure that every high-quality component is staged and ready for your appointment.
  • Arrival Window: On the day of your service, you will receive a “heads-up” text when your mechanic is in transit to your home or office.

Preparing for Your Appointment

To ensure the service goes quickly, we ask that you consider a few simple things. First, please ensure there is adequate space around the vehicle for our mobile tools. Furthermore, if your vehicle is in a gated community or a secure parking garage, please provide the necessary access codes in advance.

Transparent Communication
